Teaching a new dog old tricks.

We left Leland Oil Company (the name of our marina, believe it or not) this morning at 9:00 heading for Osprey Marina. Osprey is just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach and one of the nicest marina's on the ICW. Tucker and I stayed there for 5 days last fall. Arrived at Osprey at 3:30, record time due to following tides and few no wake zones. Tucker was so excited when we arrived, he recognized it right away. After eating Tuck asked if he could take Clark down to his favorite swimming hole and teach the new dog some old tricks. Below are pictures which Tucker has narrated.

Just before leaving this morning.

Our first barge encounter.

Tucker introduces Clark to an old flame.

Now, time to teach Clark some tricks.

Alright kid, get over here and listen up !

OK, stay on the bank while I wet down the ring toss.

Always leap as far out as you can, air is thinner than water.

Not bad kid. You're going to have to work on your distance out.

Alright kid, follow me and we will try it again.

By this time of the night the dogs were worn out.

  1. Tucker is great for sharing is swimming hole and old flame, but the best part of this leg is no lost props due to A** Hole Barge Pilots. Keep the shiny side up Captain!
